Tackling Food Waste by the Pounds
Our country wastes billions of pounds of food every year, while 1 in 5 children and adults are malnourished. Well, we intend to solve that shocking issue. We’ve created a system to capture surplus food and deliver it to those who need it most – from farmers, manufacturers, and retailers. Our food bank partners acquire these food donations, and we make it available to people in need through an established group of community agencies. These agencies include businesses, food pantries, childcare centers, community kitchens, school programs, shelters, senior centers, and other nonprofit programs that provide food to the hungry.

By partnering with leaders in targeted industries across the country, we are able to rescue more food from going to waste.

We implement industry requirements to ensure that the foods we provide people are not only healthy, but also safe.

Stop the Starve is leading the fight to end hunger in our nation, while raising awareness to the issue in this country.
Food Education
We aim to provide the most nutritious foods to help improve a person’s health and well-being, as well as the knowledge to better serve people facing hunger.
